Eleni maintains a broad commercial and civil litigation practice, with particular emphasis on complex contractual, employment, and company-related disputes.
She has acted in a number of substantial matters, including applications for urgent and novel prohibitory injunctions, freezing orders, wide-ranging disclosure reliefs, and complex multimillion fraud claims.
Beyond the above, she regularly advises both domestic and international clients on contentious employment issues and shareholder conflicts, providing clear, strategic guidance from pre-action strategy.

Acting as part of our firm’s team for the applicants in a novel fraud and copyright infringement claim involving a mobile application, and securing urgent interim prohibitory and disclosure orders.

Acting as part of our firm’s team for the claimant in high-value, multi-jurisdictional fraud proceedings across several sets of proceedings.

Acting as part of our firm’s team for the respondent in successfully resisting a US$1 million worldwide freezing order, leading to the dismissal of the application.

Advising the purchaser in a post-acquisition dispute involving number of alleged breaches.

Acting for the claimant in a novel banking dispute involving the impact of US sanctions, and successfully securing the release of frozen funds through a summary judgment application.
