📘 Sharing Insights on Next-Gen Disputes 📘
We are pleased to announce that Lytras & Associates LLC has contributed to the latest edition of ThoughtLeaders4 Disputes | TL4D Magazine, Issue 14.
This issue covers crucial topics shaping the future of dispute resolution, including CorporateDisputes, Sanctions, Arbitration, and Crypto & Digital Assets.Â
Our firm had the privilege of contributing an article on the recent amendments to Cyprus’ International Commercial Arbitration.
A key insight from our contribution is the introduction of Section 2(9), which mandates that in applying the Law, consideration must be given to the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration and the accompanying explanatory note adopted by the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law.
This aligns Cyprus with the UNCITRAL Model Law, promoting adaptability and consistency in international arbitration—a significant step forward.
